Do you know the cup YAKISOBA, PEYOUNG?
It's probably the most famous and popular cup YAKISOBA in Japan which has been sold since 1973.
There are some other cup YAKISOBA, but still PEYOUNG is outstanding with its taste and the history.
And, the other day at a convenience store, I found this.
PEYOUNG with Natto topping!
I love Yakisoba and Natto, and I though those two would make such a nice combination.
After taking the plastic covering off, open the lip from the corner with "A" where you are supposed to open from to the line "B".
You will find some small packages on the noodle.
And sprincle the dried vegetable in silver bag over the noodle before pouring hot water.
Then, wait for 3 minutes with the lid closed.
After the 3 minutes, open the drainer on the other side of the opened corner, and drain water.
Add the sauce, mix it well, and add the Natto at last.
As I imagined, the combination of YAKISOBA and Natto was perfect.
It would not be so nice with regular YAKISOBA, but cup YAKISOBA is something different.
If you see regular PEYOUNG or Natto topping one, give it a try!
I think cup YAKISOBA is one of the current Japanese cultures.
