On a hot day in summer, we sweat and lose salt from our bady.
That's why we want a bowl of Ramen!
We visited one of the most famous and traditional Ramen restaurant in east side of Tokyo.
GENRAKU is located near the Kuramae station.
GENRAKU is one of the Ramen restaurants that started the Ramen type with pork fat toppings.
What they do is simply to put pork fat liquid on top.
You can see the floating fat in your bowl.
However, it's not that simple to be tasty Ramen.
The basic pork bone soup is very sophisticated and the pork fat is treated very carefully.
So, it should not be that smelly although I did smell some in salt Ramen which is Raku Ramen.
Shoyu Ramen is Gaku Ramen.
I didn't feel the pork fat smell at all in Shoyu Ramen.
GENRAKU was founded 22 years ago.
So, the place looks very nice and histrical.
We had a bowl of Gen Ramen for 650yen and Raku Ramen for 650yen also.
They are also famous for their pork rice.
I will come back for it next time.
