Summer seems to be almost over.
It was relatively cooler and shorter than recent years I think.

When summer is over, dry season begins.

Autumn is not that bad, but still it gets dry.
Winter is the killer.

The humidity will be as low as below 20% at the lowest.
In that case, your skin will be terrible.

If you leave it as is, it might even be wounded.

Before you get your skin hurt, you will need to moisturize it.

There are a number of moisturisers you can buy at drugstores.
But after trying dozens of them, I've come to the conclusion that I just needed to go to hospital.

It's now pretty famous among Japanese aged women that this moituriser is the one of the best.

It's categorizes as medicine, so you need to go to dermatology clinic to get one of these.

If you live in Japan, you should have medical insurance which allows you to get subscibed medicine with 30% price.
In that case, you should be able to buy one of this for about 700yen or so with the additional medical fee.

It's white plain ointment that moisturize skin from inside.

Some people say that it's even more effective than expensive moiturising cosmetics.

I only use it for my hands and body, but lots of women use it for face as well.

You need to be careful not to apply this on any wounded skin.
Other than that, this cream is suscribed for children, so it's gentle.

I've tried dozens of moisturisers sold at drugstore until I went to hospital when my hand finally got wounded from drying.

If you want one of these, you just need to go to a dermatology clinic and tell the doctor that your skin gets drier than it is, so you want a Hirudoid.

Or if you have kids, go to a pediatrics and tell the doctor that your kid's skin gets dry and you want a Hirudoid.
That way you can get one for free of charge.

If you have medical insurance in Japan, this is what you should have to get over the Japan dry seasons.
